Less than two hours’ walk, high up the hill behind the distillery, is a unique spring whose waters have an almost unbelievable turquoise colour due to the presence of rare minerals which turns the stones over which the water tumbles into bright emeralds.

Set high up in an enchanted Alpine valley, water from the Acqueverdi spring cascades down the slopes to the village of Saint-Marcel, home to our distillery.

These magical, mineral-rich waters have an incredible effect on the purity of our spirits.
