The 11th edition of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles
has been held at the Convention Palace of Liegi
from 3rd to 5th May 2004. During these three days,
a jury formed by 174 among the greatest international
experts has made 4163 tastes between wines and
liqueurs.
The Concours Mondial de Bruxelles is unanimously
known for the rigour of its organization and the
great competence of its wine tasters. This means
that the award of a medal is a guarantee of quality
and excellence relating to the wine-production.
La Valdôtaine has been awarded the Medaglione
d'Oro for the Grappa Blanc de Morgex
and the Gold
Medal for
the Grappa di Moscato di Chambave and Müller Thurgau.

A shop full of charm and flavours. This is La Valdôtaine, famous for the exclusive production of the prosciutto crudo Saint Marcel (raw ham), as rare as good. But you can find all the best of the oenogastronomy from Valle d’Aosta on the shelves of La Valdôtaine, that is a showcase for the precious delicacies of this valley: the
great cheeses from mountain pasture
and of course the excellent fontina. Here you can find delicious honeys and jams, the best wines of the region and the restorative genepì, obtained from the arthemisia in the high altitude pastures. Finally, discovering one of the most ancient distilleries of the Valley, that produces marvellous grappe, will be a nice surprise. Some of them are aged 30 years. Just try them.

and the excellent fontina. La Valdôtaine is the sole distributor of the prosciutto crudo Saint Marcel (raw ham), as difficult to be found as excellent to the palate. Ideal products at the end of a meal as well, since this company was one of the first distilleries established in the Valle d’Aosta and still today it offers a selection of grappe aged 30 years.
