In Italy there is a region with an extraordinary
natural environment and the highest mounts in
Europe: the Valle d’Aosta. Since 1947 La
Valdotaine has been producing here grappa and
other distillates, liqueurs and bitters, grappini,
jams, marron glacé and raw hams. All specialities
that have become typical of this area.
Over the years, the company has grown, consolidating
its presence on the Italian and foreign market
and improving the techniques to preserve the natural
flavourings and perfumes of the products, always
with the utmost traditional care. La Valdôtaine,
in fact, focuses on quality rather than quantity.
