This grappa takes its name from the very
famous Papà Marcel bar in the centre of Aosta.
Its walls, covered with the signatures and writings
of the Alpine soldiers, have attracted, over the
years, tourists and famous personalities. The grappa
of Papà Marcel has remained that special
tot which has always been offered in this bar:
it is traditionally steam-distilled using aromatic
or medical herbs, roots and fruits
