1972 RESERVE
This grappa is distilled and rectified through a traditional method, in 200 lt alembics, on direct fire. This method enhances more than any other one the ability and experience of the mater distilller, real master of an art that has allowed to produce high quality grappe for years.
It is aged in small durmast barrels (200 lt).

1975 RESERVE La Valdôtaine has made a special gift to connoisseurs, allowing them to make a jump back in the time to discover how the grappa was produced and the taste it left in the mouth, which is certainly different from the taste of today's grappe. The result of this research is the Grappa Reserve, aged for 25 years in durmast barrels and distilled in copper alembics on direct fire.
This is the right method of the former days, that reproduces the extraordinary aroma and the vigour of the ancient grappa.
