GRAPPA PINOT NOIR It is steam-distilled in small copper alembics. Fresh and bright flavour, lightly fruity, with soft and tender aroma. Dry in the mouth, but extremely pleasant.

GRAPPA PICOTENDRO It is steam-distilled in small copper alembics and it is obtained from the distillation of the marc of grapes Picotendro (that’s how the Nebbiolo di Donnas is called). It has a persistent perfume, the taste is extraordinary fine and pleasantly strong, with flavours of raspberry.

GRAPPA PETIT ROUGE It is steam-distilled in small copper alembics. Very dry flavour, with a slightly bitter aftertaste and flavours of strawberry. Dry in the mouth.

GRAPPA GAMAY It is steam-distilled in small copper alembics. It is obtained from the marc of the homonymous vine, coming from the famous French Beaujolais. It is a grappa of great softness, with strong flavours of fresh fruit and an extraordinary balance.

GRAPPA TORRETTE It is steam-distilled in small copper alembics. Dry flavour, with perfumes typical of the underwood fruits. Its name comes from the particular hilly lie that rises like a tower in the town of Saint-Pierre.
