GRAPPA CHADELUNE
Grappa with a special flavour. Its strong and persistent taste with flavours of passito are due to the marcs of iced grapes fermented in durmast barrels with the must of priè blanc known as blanc de morgex, that is still cultivated without grafting.

GRAPPA MOSCATO
It is steam-distilled in small copper alembics. Grappa with a delicate perfume of moscato, less strong in the mouth. Dry, with light herb flavours. A different, rare and curious grappa.

GRAPPA PINOT GRIS
It is steam-distilled in small copper alembics. It has a dry and aromatic flavour (vanilla), lightly fruity, with delicate perfumes of wilted hay.

GRAPPA CHARDONNAY
It is steam-distilled in small copper alembics. Dry and full-flavoured, with woody essences. The fruity aroma is typical of the vine.

GRAPPA PETITE ARVINE
It is steam-distilled in small copper alembics. The flavours if fine and aromatic, with rare freshness and delicate perfumes of mountain flowers. Very dry and full-bodied in the mouth.
