GRAPE BRANDY
It is a product of the distillation of the Petit
Rouge and Pinot Noir grapes from Valle d’Aosta.
The distillation of the grapes fermented with their
own marc gives a very refine product that delights
even the most refined palates. It has been awarded
a gold medal at the 19th National Contest of the
Distillates.
MUST BRANDIES They are obtained through the distillation
of the must partially fermented with its own marc
in a special “futurist” alembic, that
distillates under-vacuum in a bain-marie.
This method allows to safeguard and enhance all
the perfumes contained in the raw material.
La Valdôtaine has selected some typical grape
varieties, from the Valle d’Aosta and not,
among which the Petit Rouge and the Pinot Noir,
in order to offer fruity distillates with very fine
flavours. The grape brandy is to be served chill.
It is available in the following bottles: 50 cl
in blown glas, 50 cl cylindrical, 70 cl of Bordeaux,
50 cl Petit Rouge, 50 cl Pinot Noir and 70 cl Alte
Uve.
WILLIAMS PEAR BRANDIES
The perfumes and the taste of the fruit are preserved
and enhanced through the distillation of the purée
of fruit in the alembic in a bain-marie, in order
to obtain an aromatic and pleasant brandy, to be
served at room temperature in an “iced”
glass.
